Job title: IT Service Desk AnalystLocation: Hybrid based in The City of LondonContract Duration: 3 months + ExtDay rate: up to £285/day inside IR35Working requirements: midweek, weekends, early & late hour shiftsWe are currently working with a Law firm who are looking to bring in an IT Service Desk Analyst to support their Lawyers, Paralegals, PAs etc. They are bringing someone in initially on 3 month contract but there is potential for extensions beyond this point. The IT Service Desk Analyst needs to be passionate, keen to learn and has previous experience supporting a Law firm.The IT Service Desk Analyst will be required to troubleshoot laptop and hardware issues as well as applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. In addition to this you will be working with Active Directory and Exchange supporting with email issues and adding users to distribution lists, locking accounts and managing documents.
