About the role:Architect and deploy production-ready agentic AI systems, covering orchestration, retrieval, tool use, policy routing and end-to-end observabilityBuild portable, multi-provider AI pipelines spanning platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Vertex AIDevelop cloud-native systems leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architectures, event-driven design and CI/CD toolingTranslate client and business requirements into scalable agentic workflows that automate complex processes and deliver measurable outcomesLead proof of concepts, design workshops and joint engineering sessions to accelerate client adoptionOwn performance monitoring across accuracy, latency, cost and reliability, and define the standards the team works toEnsure solution compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks including HIPAA and SOC 2Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal frameworks, reusable patterns and the firm's broader AI engineering strategy About you:5+ years of experience building and deploying cloud-native systems including microservices, APIs, containerisation and serverless architectures3+ years working with leading AI platforms and open-source LLM frameworks with hands-on experience across multi-provider pipeline development1+ year of production experience with agentic AI systems including RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks and workflow automationStrong Python skills alongside experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging FaceSolid grounding in MLOps including CI/CD, continuous training, observability and automated monitoringTrack record of delivering medium to large-scale AI/ML projects with demonstrable business impactStrong communicator with the ability to work effectively across engineering, client and business teamsUS citizenship or Green Card requiredFamiliarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 is advantageousCertifications in AI, cloud platforms or agentic tooling are a plus
