We are looking for a Chief Information Officer for one of our regional clients who are an established and leading conglomerate. This person will be responsible for providing technical leadership in digital transformation and charting of the company IT roadmap with business outcomes.
The ideal candidate would have at least 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven record of business and people leadership in a multi-cultural and matrix environment
Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership at the enterprise level and serve an integral role in operations and business development.
- Developing objectives and strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimizing existing IT systems, applications, and information
- Create and maintain a comprehensive IT roadmap linking targeted business outcomes with the future-proof technical capabilities required to achieve them.
- Leading IT team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs.
- Actively secure quality from delivery of on/offshore third-party IT providers and work closely with key technology partners and leverage their capabilities to maximize the value added.
- Advocating and communicating technology capabilities internally and externally, including leadership, customers, partners, and vendors
- Tracking and controlling the developments of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and technology operations
- Designing and leading the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organization
- Provide direction on what emerging technologies should be incorporated into products and services to successfully deliver overall IT & Digital strategy.
- Drive the adoption and commitment towards continuous service improvements.
- Bring consistency to project execution and life cycle management of systems.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant fields.
- 10+ years of senior management experience, with a proven record of business and people leadership in a multi-cultural and matrix environment.
- General knowledge and experience in management SAP/Other, ERPs/Application, IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security and Project management topics
- Experience in IT vendor management, budget planning and control.
- Ability to oversee operational costs, along with long-term financial estimates for expanded functionality and user base.
- Proven record working closely with business functions and delivering business results.
- Previous experience managing Projects and /or support around the enterprise level. applications in a multi-functional user environment.
- Previous experience managing third-party resources and services in an on/offshore model.
- Ability to discuss with global teams and business areas priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of application topics.
- Establish and execute plans to assure infrastructure capacity adheres to current and future needs.
